T.V. Show Host and Crew Bios

Joe Ciminera, CEC show-host celebrity chef
Only 29 years old Ciminera is already a culinary celebrity. He was named one of the youngest up and coming chefs by Gourmet Magazine in 1996. In 1999, Ciminera at age 25 was probably the youngest certified Executive Chef through The American Culinary Federation. In 2003, he was given the Grasso Bonnet Award from Europe; no other chef in the world has received this award at such a young age. Both The New York Times and Newsday has raved, "Ciminera sends Eye Popping Presentation, From a Break the Mold Menu" and for "Embolding and refining New American cuisine in a ambitious, sometimes witty, always eye catching way". His talent has afforded him the opportunity to test his talent in a myriad of ways. He has been the host of two television shows, Joseph Plays With Food, and Eat at Joe's, and now Taste This T.V.!. Chef Joe has written a book entitled In The Weeds that has critics raving. Click here to read the reviews.
